Colonial Series African Violets - Alice Springs to Esperance

The Colonial Series African violets were created and released by Hams in South Australia in the 1980s and 1990s. They are not, therefore, new varieties but quite a lot of them are still being grown.
Although many of these photographs are old and therefore of lesser quality, they are included here because many of them are not available elsewhere.
Do not be put off by the fact that many of them are plain colours.
In most cases they were and are excellent plants normally happy to grow in our home conditions and will produce masses of flowers.
